Delivery is officially to the customers home address (i.e. The front door), however the couriers will usually (if requested, and it is practical) deliver to the room of your choice.
Stock order
Once you placed your order and you have a change of heart for any reason, you can cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed for delivery.
Bespoke items and special orders
If the items ordered are not from stock, we will have commissioned a supplier to make them specifically for you. You will only receive a full refund if the manufacturing process of those goods has not yet began, if the goods are in the process of manufacture, we regret to advise you that the goods then cannot be cancelled.
