Returns

The goods you order from us are sent to you on approval and if you are not satisfied with them you can return them to us at your own cost provided you do so within 14 working days of receipt and the product is unused. We will refund you the amount you paid minus 10% of the amount to cover the admin charge of processing the return.

Returns of goods outside the 14 day period and products returned in an unsatisfactory condition may not be accepted by us and maybe returned to you at your expense.

Please also contact us prior to returning any product, so we can give you the correct returns address as all our produtcs come from different warehouses around the country.
