Cabinet carcase: Top is constructed using a 40mm solid Ash frame with exposed mortice and tennon jointing with an Ash veneered 15mm plywood inset, 15mm plywood side panels with Ash Veneer, solid Ash frame.

Cabinet drawers:18mm solid Ash front with Ash veneer, 12mm solid Palomia drawer sides & a 3.6mm plywood baseboard.

Shelves: 12mm Ash veneered plywood

Cabinet doors: 18mm solid Ash framed door with Ash veneered plywood inserts.

Door assembly fittings: 3 external adjustable hinges with fixings to each door & antique pewter effect handles.

External finish:A balancing stain is applied by hand to even out the natural wood variations, this is followed by a tinted lacquer. A fine hand sanding process followed by a finishing coat of tinted lacquer.
